12. Account Closure & Termination

Either party may close a 8522bd account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to identity verification.

14. Limitation of Liability
